How does it work?
We would work in 50-minute sessions over a period that varies depending on your goals, on average between 4 and 6 months, with weekly sessions.
We can hold the coaching sessions by phone, video conference, or in person, according to individual preferences or conditions at the moment. Plus, it includes unlimited email or text message support!
